Your new Role

Complex team management, including:

  • Planning, organizing and controlling the work of the subordinate team
  • Providing ongoing feedback, motivating, training and substantive team support
  • Responsibility for the team's result and its ongoing control, reporting and taking possible corrective actions
  • Responsibility for the daily work of the team in order to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Ensure accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports on team performance and action plans

Your Skills

  • Experience in a position related to the management of a telephone sales team
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry, with particular emphasis on the used car market, would be an advantage
  • Fluency in the Czech language is mandatory
  • Knowledge of English (welcome to business English) at the minimum level B2
  • Strong concentration on achieving goals and supporting others
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to build clear communication with subordinates and superiors
  • Extensive theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of sales and negotiation techniques
  • Highly developed analytical skills
  • Resistance to stress and the ability to work under time pressure
  • Ability to manage your own time and subordinate team
  • The ability to adapt to changing conditions, flexibility in action and thinking
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package, including Excel
