As a Senior Product Manager, you will join our actively growing AUTO1 Platform team, responsible for developing and optimizing AUTO1 mobile app. This is a pivotal role where you'll drive product strategy and execution for flows that enable thousands of merchants to purchase vehicles through our platform.
You’ll take full ownership of new features and as well as supporting existing functionality, and deliver measurable business impact. You will collaborate with our agile development teams and stakeholders across Europe to deploy state-of-the-art technology and elevate the user experience to new industry standards.
Your new Role
- Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Lead the full product development lifecycle from ideation through post-launch optimization for both web and mobile applications
- Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders across multiple markets
- Analyze user behavior data, conversion metrics, and performance indicators to inform product decisions
- Monitor product performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Engage directly with customers and internal users to gather feedback and validate product concepts
Your Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of working experience as a Product Manager in an Agile software development environment
- Multiple years of experience with native mobile app development
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence without direct authority
- Excellent product development skills and an ability to lead an iterative software development team - evidence of creative thinking, independent problem-solving, effective troubleshooting, team motivation, and conflict resolution
- Ability to understand technical challenges, work with complex data models, effectively communicate with development teams, and make educated trade-offs
- You have the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret results
