As Senior Real Estate Project Manager – Portfolio Optimization, you will lead the optimization and performance of AUTO1 Group’s pan-European branch network. Reporting directly to the Head of Expansion & Real Estate, you will drive initiatives focused on efficiency, profitability, asset utilization, and cost optimization.

This is a highly strategic and data-driven role, combining real estate asset management, facility management, and portfolio performance analysis in a fast-growing international environment.

You will:

• Lead strategic reviews of branch locations, identifying opportunities for consolidation, relocation, upgrades, or lease renegotiation

• Optimize asset and facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor performance

• Develop and implement standardized KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making

• Manage cross-country real estate projects in collaboration with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and local market teams

• Negotiate and manage lease contracts, renewals, terminations, and key deadlines

• Drive initiatives to reduce operating costs while ensuring quality, compliance, and safety standards

• Champion the digitization and harmonization of real estate data and processes across markets

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on portfolio health, risks, and performance

Tus habilidades

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Law, or a related field.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in real estate asset management, property portfolio management, facility management, or corporate real estate—ideally in a multi-country or high-growth setting.

• Strong track record in real estate optimization, cost control, and performance improvement projects.

• Proven expertise in lease administration, contract negotiation, and facility management oversight.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with real estate management software, BI tools, or data visualization platforms is an asset.

• Analytical, process-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in an international, cross-functional environment.

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
