Company Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee and optimize the end-to-end management of damage claims for our German operations. This role ensures smooth coordination between claimants, appraisers, insurers, and internal departments, while driving efficiency and process improvements across all claims activities.

Your new Role

Main Tasks:

  • Primary Contact for Damage Claims (Germany): Act as the main liaison for claimants, appraisers, and law firms regarding damages.
  • International Mail Correspondence: Handle internal and external email inquiries related to claims, including communication with police, appraisers, insurers, and claimants.
  • Request & Review of Reports: Coordinate and follow up on appraisal reports and DAT reports.
  • Insurance List Maintenance: Update and maintain the insurance claims list, including entering amounts, updating comments, archiving closed cases, and verifying incoming payments. Provide internal feedback as needed.
  • Claims Notification: Submit damage reports via email to relevant insurance partners for company vehicles and trucks.
  • Document Management: Request and organize necessary documents from archives, branches, claimants, and internal departments. Obtain statements from carriers for transport damages.
  • Damage Assessment: Review and process damage notifications received via the company’s damage email inbox.
  • Payment Authorization: Conduct first-level approval for claim-related payments.
  • Payment Processing: Instruct the accounting department regarding payments for appraiser fees, settlements based on DAT reports, and invoices for repairs at branches.
  • Data & Document Preparation: Prepare Excel lists, emails, letters, insurance claim forms, and other relevant documentation.
  • Stakeholder Meetings: Participate in bi-weekly meetings with insurance partners to discuss ongoing cases.
  • Analysis & Process Improvement: Analyze existing claims processes to identify potential improvements and efficiencies. Evaluate the need for new or additional insurance products to better protect company assets.
  • Major Damage Event Handling: Coordinate and manage claims and communication during large-scale events, such as hail damage incidents, ensuring timely and organized response and reporting.

 

Your Skills

  • Completed commercial, business, or project management experience or a similar qualification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with insurance processes and documentation preferred
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify process improvements
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • Fluent in English

Our Offer

The place of work will be at: Rruga Dritan Hoxha – Kompleksi e-88, Laprake, Tirana
The shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00.
