Job description:

• Manage manual outbound payments
• Administrate the Cash Management email box ensuring proper communication.
• Check Failed Payment Batches and alert
• Internal cash transfers ( liquidity, IBAs, etc)
• Provide Proof of Payments to the internal and external parties.
• Cash pools (transfers within structure)
• Daily cash reporting
• Deal with AML/Compliance rejected payments from banks and corrections.
• E-banking verification (balances, movements, etc)
• Support Audit
• Internal Control Systems checking
• Daily Inventory BBR
• Check monthly ABS Bank reports

Others:

• Collaborate with internal Tech teams to streamline cash flow processes.
• Execute foreign exchange trades to ensure non-euro payments can be made.
• Communicate to the banks the settlement instructions when needed.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective foreign exchange risk management.

O que procuramos

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software; familiarity with ERP and treasury management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

O que oferecemos

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
